Why you rush it? Have good reason? You would need to do good research and also youtube "writ of mandamus pro se"

@Ali Erturk March 2023 filers being casually approved here and there. you should be ok within next 6 months. it is too early to file mandamous in your case.

@Steve se yes, he got approved last week. he got decision within 60days.

@JG K I’m happy for your friend. I filled mandamus too June 28th still waiting for answer

so it your friend 60days to hear back from uscis?

@Steve se usually takes about 45-50 days to get response from USCIS. some cases take’s upto 90 days. but, based on my experiences 99% of cases response within 60 days.
