The whole point of IOE was to process cases faster. Although not all cases end up being faster but I've seen a lot of them move very quickly. Mine took 4 months 3 weeks from Filing to Approval.

Marriage based, filed the usual paperwork for adjustment of status. Never got work permit because case moved so fast.

Yeah, that's what I'm wondering too, are IOE cases in the same pile as other receipts? if yes, what's the point of ioe then, if no, what is the processing time for ioe cases.

I know 😥… and nope I didn’t get RFE, I believe I would’ve got one if they had to ask. my case is clean,good evidences , no background, really good income from my spouse, they probably just sitting on my case 🤬

No I did not get an RFE. I think it would be impossible for my case to be approved in such a short time if I got an RFE.
