Are F2A category ( permanent lawfully resident applying for spouse) will be effect by president?
Hi All
I am permanent lawfully resident in usa. I have applied for my husband in August 2, 2023. USCIS is showing the case is actively reviewing. And its been more than a year but no updates.
After election I am very worried about my petition. Does anyone have any idea will it affect on the petition?

I am not sure what will happen , in 2016 there were ban for 8 countries majourty middle east ..
and in 2020 more countries from Asia and africa been added to ban ..
So the point that we need to know if its effecting the running cases now or no ?
