APPROVED!🎉🥳🎊
Our I-485 got approved today! It did take 939 days, but I’m glad it’s over now. We didn’t anticipate this long of a wait as our case was suppose to be a simple straight forward one. I’m a U.S. citizen and husband was on an F-1 visa for college since 2017. We started starting in 2018 and got married in 05/2021. After submitting everything concurrently in 09/2021, we got our biometrics done in 10/2021 but after that our case was stuck on “actively reviewing” since 11/2021 and it wasn’t until we filed a writ of mandamus in March of this year that they processed everything. We had to redo our medical since it’s been over two years, but I’m happy they waived the interview. I hope that everyone will receive good news soon!

@ana k we filed writ of mandamus on 03/06/24. On 03/19, our I-130 changed from “we received your case” to “actively reviewing”, and we got the RFE for I-485. Then our I-130 was approved on 03/20. We mailed our RFE response on 04/8 and got approved today!

@felasky God is good 🙏🙏🙏 we did it with Hacking Immigrarion cause we saw his TikTok posts and they charged us $5205; a “discounted” price because we paid in full.
