@javi T I am in Atlanta GA but my case was moved to Alabama

ok then the state that you live in will be your field office because that’s where you would do your interview

@javi T I already did my interview last year April first and they requested for medical and more documents which my lawyer sent out to them… called uscis in December and I was told to wait for 120 days which will expire next month… I and my hubby lives in Atlanta GA but my case was transferred to montegomery Alabama

I’m happy that they renew my EAD cos it expired in October

oh ok I understand I jus contacted uscis today they said mi case is in process an the next 36 days it will be out of normal processing time an if I don’t get anything from them I should call back an have them do an inquiry about what’s going on my lawyer sent all the paperwork onetime I did biometrics in October an since then nothing

congrats I wish I had mine were I could work in the mean time I’ve been in the house over a year now an really living on the edge here

I always call them once every week
