k3 is to bring your spouse to your country faster than waiting for the approval of the cr-1 so the can be with you quick while you wait for the cr1 to be approved

they say that most k-3s are denied and they don't give out k-3s anymore but they speed up your cr1 process

we were originally going to do the k1 but I was worried that they wouldn't approve it or something so we decided to get married and change it to cr1 I pray for your approval soon it's a waiting game for sure

after you apply for the i-130 when you get your receipt notice you send your receipt notice and apply for the k3 in the mail and you have to have other documents also to send in with your k3 but it's only like four or five it's not everything you would send in in a cr1 you should look it up on Google

you have to file an i-130 and then they give you a receipt notice and once they give you the receipt notice you can file a k3 but you have to file the k3 in the mail at Texas service center lock box

melinda in first place confrats I imagine your happiness second does all k3 go to the same lockbox?? and then they distribuited to different offices?? or everybody goes and get process in the same place?? if so where did they send yours? after how long you got notified that they received you k3?

they said they received my k3 petition about 2 weeks later by mail

Jayson Ray just file your k3 now but you have to have your receipt notice from i-130 and they're not going to ask why but you need to make sure you have all your documents with it
