I got my the status “new card produced” on 30th March. so another week or 2 before I receive the card I guess. and I am chargeable to India. me and my dependents had the status change at the same time.

@G L - my priority date in feb, 2015. end of quarter, so USCIS is trying to max up the target quota for the quarter. this is my best guess

my application was filed on Jan 1 and i am still waiting. From India as well.
@pp EB1A : did your 765 got approved? in my case i got the ead card.
