Thank you so much! ❤️ My asylum case was approved by the immigration court in 2023. After that, I filed for my green card, and my adjustment of status interview took place on December 8, 2025, at the Manhattan Field Office (26 Federal Plaza, New York City). At the end of the interview, USCIS requested additional documents from me, which I submitted as soon as possible. About three weeks after USCIS received my response, my case was approved. I did not file a mandamus lawsuit. Every case is unique, and processing times can vary depending on the specific circumstances. If you have already completed your interview and are still waiting, that is completely normal. I hope you receive good news very soon.
