AOS Interfiling medicals I-693
Hi family!
Anyone here with experience interfiling medicals also known as I-683 before USCIS RFE?
I have submitted my package I-485, I-765 and I-131 on Oct 30,2020 Employment Based EB3 Unskilled Worker, so far I have done biometrics on March and recently got my combo card approved. I know there is the possibility to send medicals even before RFE from USCIS, it is called interfiling, but according to my research, it is not 100% guarantee that USCIS will accept it. Anyone with past experiences?

don't interfile. Wait for an RFE and send it. I don't know why you want to make your case complicated.

I sent in wrong birth certificate I called them they said send it with a letter explaining and I did. nothing wrong with that

I will not advise you to send it , you need to wait for USCIS to instruct you on what to do and don’t do the medical yet, until you receive a letter from USCIS instructing you on what to do…

I have seen on trackitt that some folks did the interfiling and were successful, especially if your pd is current and your case is with NBC. just send a cover letter, front and back of your passport and driving license along with I-693 for interfiling.

yes dont do it. sometimes u dont know where the case is. if the contractor does not see the rfe they may not accept it. you can get all the tests and vaccination done and ask the doctor to make i693 report the day after you receive physical copy of rfe

I second everyone that it is a good idea to wait.
But if you decide to try interfile then I will recommend getting two sealed copies; this way if your interfiled copy doesn't make it to your application then you have another one handy to send with RFE.
Is the gamble worth it? Absolutely! why? If Officer is looking at your application mid September and your medical is on file then that increases your chance of getting approved by September. If an EB application is complete and without issue that increases your chances of quick approval

there is clear evidence of interfiling working in NBC and TSC but not yet working in Nebraska service center. the medical gets attached in a week or two and can be confirmed by uscis live agent
