Hello All
Can I adjust my status if I have a pending I 130? I was going to do consular processing but I'm here in the US now.
Is it possible to change to adjustment of Status?

which category are you receiving benefit ? depending upon category you can apply for adjustment of status/ permanent residency .if its case of spouse and under 21 children you can do it immediately and if its other category you need to look for visa bulletin to be PD current
