Hi 🎊 congrats. Did you send any expedite and all the forms was always in NBC or was transferred to different office? Can I ask what rfe they are required from you? Thanks

@ Rub Ag congratulations. when was your interview? what was the online status before getting approved (I 485)?

@Thao N: I expedite my work permit do to severe financial lost to a person or company. my wife stopped working because she was pregnant and I had to pay for everything. it was always in NBC. The RFE they wanted a Different version of My birth certificate, the wanted it a ”certified copy” the didn’t want the original, which to me was kind of weird.

@Twin Maama: my interview was done on Thursday May 2016, 2022. I didn’t receive and update right away. When we had the interview the officer said that the system wasn’t working properly, they had an IPad where I were supposed to sign on but, he never got the iPad to work, so he had to print the documents for me to sign. I got and email and text message the next day Friday 27 in the morning saying the “actions were taken” to login to my uscis account, but the online uscis account didn’t reflect anything. I called the contacts center and got told me the same. About 1:00pm I got and update from Lawfully saying that I130 was approved and about 6:00 pm (same day Friday) I got and update saying that the I485 was also approved! the online status before that said “Interview was scheduled”
