anyone here with I-130(IR-5) U.S citizen filling for my mom. my case was send to Nebraska service center on the 1/4/24. and it still be actively reviewed. today they said there was an action what does

currently they are working December 2023 be patient by the way congratulations check ur document tab may be ur Approval letter is there

log in to your account and check under the document to see if they sent you approval letter. 🙏🏼

I checked but it still said “actively being reviewed. I filed 12/8/23. they started actively reviewing it on 1/4/24 so I don’t know.
