u have to apply for work permit dawg form-765 , while u at it apply ur advance parole as well n sent them together, after that it should take 7-8 months

Thanks for your reply, I will ask my attorney did she apply for the same or not, she and her office is super busy now a days. I am getting delayed response from her.

You'll get the work Permit or combo card only if you submitted full package which is I360, I485, I765, I131(optional) the work Permit category C09. If you send stand alone I360 and I765 the work Permit gonna be under category C31 which is after I360 approval.

@Launica one. This is really helpful for my understanding. I am sure, my attorney applied all the forms together. I just only received the notice for I-360. I remember she took my signature for all these forms that you mentioned. Appreciate it. 🙏🏻

How soon I can get the ADIT stamp just in case, I have made 3 or 4 requests to USCIS for an infopass appointment, seems like they are also taking time to get this done, should I go in-person or can they mail it to you as well?

Hello Fellows, is there any experience who got ADIT stamp in their passport, while my I-130 is pending I got that stamp before in 2021 based on my previous I-751. I am based in New Jersey and got infopass appointment on December 8th.
