@missjamica. yes I reached out to USCIS and they told me to go ahead and filed my 485, they said even if the 130 is not approved yet go ahead on and file your 485

@ miss Jamaica I’m in the US, when my people file they were filed separately now it’s my current date for my I-485,but my I-130 is not approved yet. but they told me that does not matter to go ahead and file The I-485 to get a unapproved.

when my paperwork was filed, it was filed separately. I did not do the whole package one time.
