just trying to understand “no movement” we do see i-485 approvals daily on casestatus website, is there a way to see if those are non employment based only?

Those are mostly family based and they almost all have interviews.

Nothing happens for Employment based till October. October is almost here.

does that mean even i140 won’t be processed? I submitted mine with PP on July 29 and that puts my case at Oct 1 for guaranteed response in 45 business days!

anyone has insight into how i485 gets processed is it based on priority date or application date or a combination of both?
