Any recent EB-3 Unskilled approvals would be greatly appreciated.
Has anyone recently had their I-485 approved for EB3 unskilled? My priority date is December 2021, I am adjusting status from within the U.S nyc. My biometrics and RFE were submitted in May 2023, and my case has remained pending since June 10, 2023. The status currently says: "Case Remains Pending" and that USCIS is waiting for an immigrant visa number to become available. Also I chat with Emma to confirm my file is in queens fo.
Has anyone else been in the same situation? If so, how long did it take for your case to move after your priority date became current? Any recent EB-3 Unskilled approvals would be greatly appreciated.

There are a few in Reddit. Most people don’t post even after getting approvals. If you case is IOE, then expect a quick decision and approval if you’re current. Else it’s a complete luck and waiting game

@Jasper amal Lots of people from Oct & Nov PD are still on the same phase. Do you know when your case transferred to FO? Case transfer from NBC to FO is good sign. Submit service inquiry. Hopefully you will get medical RFE or other update soon. Couple months.

@Jittu K it was transfer march of 2023 and then I received rfe on may 2023 for medical. I submiited that and from june 2023 case remain pending because PD was not current. Now I havent received any update.

@Jasper amal your medical is now expired already. You will get medical for sure. However, do you happen to had any interview before?
