Any movement for anyone waiting on an I-130?
I’m a US citizen petitioning my spouse in the Dominican Republic. Our embassy is supposedly one of the the busiest in the world, with interview wait times taking about a year.
Soy ciudadano estadounidense y estoy tramitando la petición para mi cónyuge, que se encuentra en la República Dominicana. Se dice que nuestra embajada allí es una de las más concurridas del mundo, con tiempos de espera para la entrevista de aproximadamente un año.

We’ve been waiting 14 months. Not from the Dominican Republic, but from Honduras! We were told Honduras was one of the less busy countries.

my spouse is Dominican as well, its true it’s the busiest now… November 2025 here still waiting on the i130
