2/2 applied 2/21 rfe 140 3/15 approved i131 5/15 response to rfe 5/22 140 approved 5/28 case transfer to nbc and since then no news

last Texas to nbc

@moe moe did you have previous biometrics they applied to your case ? I moved with L1A 3’months ago filed all forms concurrently 6/20 and got i140 approved 6/25. I was told my i485 is already at NBC

but haven’t done biometrics

@s A no, I had to go in on 4/22 to get biometrics. but I never had prior USCIS biometrics that’s why

Was transferred on 2/9, on 6/21 was moved to local FO. I am waiting for an interview since 7/1.

@Charlie SC asked Emma about the date of transfer to local FO because I know that I’ll have interview anyway and the case is sitting in the local FO.

@s a open Emma chat, type “live agent”, then they ask case number and what the issue is and connect you with a live agent.

@s a you can also type infopass, the select make an infopass appointment and through that you’ll get connect to an agent

@T L why do you think you will have sure shot interview? there is chance that they can directly approve as well right. Is that because your case came local FO instead of Non Local FO.

@S K it is because my status changed to “case ready to be scheduled for an interview” on 7/1. And Emma confirmed that my case is awaiting an interview date in a queue.

@T L got you. Is yours EB1 or Eb2 or Eb3? atleast good that after the interview you will get approved faster!

@cloud 8 quick question: Is yours concurrent filing? if yes that makes sense why your case is with Texas intitally then NBC. if its non concurrent - wondering how come case ended up directly with TSC.
