My husband is the I-601 8/30. We are still waiting but on the FB waiver support group there have been a few I601s approved from Aug 2 all the way to the 11th.

have any of u had help from Congress to expedite your i-601 waivers? i requested help but not sure how long it’ll take Congress to hear back from uscis regarding this expedite

now that they changed the uscis processing times it makes it harder to keep track of where they’re at 😓

not only that, they extended the time for us to inquiry about the case, it used to be right at the 10.5 months now it’s like 13 months after

says I can’t inquire until Sept which is literally like 13 months after, I just hope there won’t be a need for that but who knows 😩

this is ridiculous! i had just checked it 2 days ago and it said 8 months and I can inquire by June 17. now it’s also saying I can’t inquire until September 1st😭 wtf.. I’m so desperate to go home this is not okay

hi my waiver was due to a misdemeanor from 10yrs ago on my record and I think for overstaying even though I had done a i601a in the country and also I was taken to the us when I was 1yr old and had been there since up until last year. are u waiting on ur i601? If so what’s ur receipt date?
