feb 2022, approved by Oct 2023. waiting for my i485 to be approved, priority date is sept 2020.

@Queen Calhoun how you did the priority date because I got married on 2019 and I submitted my paper right away. only got my permission to work then on 2022 july I submitted my vawa but it said 2022 it don’t said 2019 ?

my i485 priority date is that due to marriage. I applied first as a family

@Queen Calhoun he was a green card holder when we got married then he became a citizen.

@Queen Calhoun but when he became citizen I already applied for vawa and he but the divorce am not even sure if the divorce it out I never got nothing

your timeline is when you apply for your i485, if they didn’t close your case.
