@Whiting Cheryl I was an LPR when I applied but I became a US citizen December 2023. my husband is outside of the US, Nebraska SC and yes I tired to expedite but they denied it. and of course no problem at all

4 years and 9 months because they allow you to apply 90 days before 5 years
