if your spouse abroad then what interview you talking about?the process is I-130 then NVC step then NVC will schedule interview for your spouse at local Council office.

we both live in the USA we never travel out we filed everything here in the USA while my visa was expired... I just wanna if my i130 is approved w/o an interview .. I am in removal proceeding and my court is terminated.. so is it approved (i130)?
