Hello, everybody. I have a question to ask you and answer me please. I am the Green card holder and I want to apply I-130 for my wife online. For those who have already made an affidavit under oath to testify to the good faith of marriage is what my sister can do to me this and just sign without it being notarised?

Yep always better to notarize because it verifies the person's ID.
