Advance Parole Asylum Pending Application
Hi everyone.
I was wondering if any one knows or has had applied for Advance Parole while having a pending asylum Application, and got approved? if you’re filling for Emergency travel? or Just traveling in general but not your home country?

Yes i did file in last November,and I got notification from lawfully 3 days ago from USCIS requesting for Evidence or notice of intention of traveling,am just waiting for the mail to arrive in my box,so as to know what evidence they requesting for…

could you please tell us what happened? what evidence did they ask, did you get approved?
i am in similar situations, got RFE for AP with pending asylum, please reply and help us
