advance parole
hey guys just a quick question anyone travel on AP while waiting on a response
I haven’t had interview but I got RFE/NOID
respond to it almost two months now no updates or anything,
however my son is in my home country and I need to go get him to do a physical for school

once you have advance parol while your case is pending you should be fine

advance parol is valid until the day your pending application is denied, that same day advance parol is not valid anymore. I have travel through airplane and you will always go to secondary inspection but in my case I have no complain. I have cruise 2 times #cruisingwithadvanceparole and I haven’t even seen any CBP officer. Not interaction at all with law enforcement

@Gabriel is it possible for immigration to give you advance of parol for one trip?i applied for one,my laweyer just told me she received mine,but she thinks it’s only for one trip

traveling to your home country only make difference if you applied for asylum from that country you can’t go until you become usc
