Our I-130 has been approved. we submitted the AOS I-485 form to both the immigration court and the Texas service center. did you have to do the same? as long as you submit as much proof as possible before your hearing date - it should be an easy case. also now you can send motion to terminate your case. I was about to do that but my hearing date got expedited because my mom had cancer. I didn’t want to wait for uscis and I’m glad I adjusted in court. the judge was very kind and straightforward. 🙏🏻

when did you file? i am in the same situation, submitted I-30 about 8 months ago.

uscis administratively closed the 485 they said they can’t do anything only if removal proceedings are terminated they can adjudicate the application

I filed I -130 in 2018 It got approved without interview July 2020. filed adjustment of status with court and uscis in March 2021, and got the final hearing done today. August 2021

no idea, the Judge gave me the letter immediately at the hearing. with that papaer you go to uscis field office and they order your green card to be produced. check with your lawyer
