Hi Betty, did you have to go to court for your removal proceedings to be terminated? or was it through prosecutorial discretion? Also for your question, I think you just need to send your letter of termination to the address on the receipt notice you got when your I-485 was terminated. Additionaly, there should be some guidance on the receipt notice that was sent when your I-485 was administratively closed.

just send I130 approval + judge decision + i485 notice closed. Write the notice on envelope Reopen I485 + your receipt number

wiz kid it was through PD and it took them a year for dhs attorney to finally signed the motion then it took a month for judge to sign
