Adjustment of Status and EAD
hello family, which of the two is ideal, applying for adjustment of status together with employment authorization document or apply first for the adjustment and later the EAD?
Also how long is it likely to take to get a notice of receipt of mailed from the east coast? thanks

@kojo Adinkrah I would advise you to file all of the following forms I-130, I-130A, I-131, I-765, I-864, I-485 and while you are at it send your medical I-693 that's your best bet.
