additional evidence request
Would guys have any idea what could be happening?
Makes no sense. last time they requested evidence was more than a year ago. All evidence of bona fide marriage and crime commited by my ex wife was submitted. Theres absolutely nothing else we can send them again. I’m super frustrated, I was expecting a decision.

@Lovepreet jan 2023 therapist report. My criminal background report from my country with police scope from here, proof of my marriage with marriage certificate, bills in my name and hers, lease, etc and etc. Also the police scope of her aggression to me and my car when she threw rocks. I just don’t get it

I just wanted a decision whatever that is. I’d assume, until my expensive and unresponsive lawyer submitted what they want and get processed again, would be another six months?

it couldn’t be moral character because we sent my police scope from here and my country. it can’t be proof of abuse because they got the court summons and arrest of my ex. it couldn’t be proof of relationship because they got marriage certificate and divorce with pictures. W T F! I just wanna delette myself

@Approved GreenCard it can’t be medical, it has more to do with vawa and not 485. uscis will not ask for medical until they’ve started working on 485. vawa has nothing to do with medical @t Swhhss please take it easy , just get a hold of the rfe and see what they have there. Incase it’s something you feel you’ve submitted before, resubmit again and maybe this time with a little note. May God see us through, amen
