485J Please I need help
Hi everyone I would like to ask a question about i485J application so my employer doesn’t fill out their gross income and net annual income
Is it okay to send the application without it?
Also how long it usually take for you to hear back from Uscis.

That information needs to be on the I485J, if they are not willing to put that info due to you knowing what they make. Ask if they will put the info,
then they can mail it directly to USCIS.

the main reason for 485j is to know the capacity of your employer in terms of sponsorship. those figures are needed otherwise a big chance of an rfe. it could save you a lot of time if all fields are filled.
