We applied non- concurrently. Fragoman said they won't file together because of chance of rejection etc etc and my husband's company supported them. Applied for 140 in July 2021 and got approval in April this year. Never applied for 765 because our visa is valid till next year and we felt confident we would get our green cards in time

No they didn't. We applied for 140 last July and got it in April this year.
