365 days for NIW
I’m 1 year today since receipt of my NIW application. Nebraska office and case IOE. only update was we are reviewing your case which came in last December. Anyone in similar situation.

Just try to think of it as no news is good news. Because of the backlog, you wouldn’t be able to file for AOS or consular processing now or anytime soon anyway even if you were approved. maybe that’s why they are deprioritizing non-current cases.
