after she withdrew the application,were you in removal proceedings? they may think you got married the 2nd time to get legal status. just keep calm and answer questions as they are asked and make sure you and your wife prepare well for the interview

Funny thing is she didn’t tell me she did until I got the letter by mail and when I asked she said she was pressured into withdrawing. We didn’t have a lawyer then and we already had issues prior to the interview

do not volunteer answers. only answer questions asked and short. If you dont understand a question, say it.

i’m really interested in this case and the outcome.. In same situation but I withdrew the case myself back then but with no withrawal proceedings because my F1 status is still much active. Now filling for another one and interview scheduled in less than 2months.. Please really interested in the outcome @jwhydee

@french Montana Yeah. I will definitely let you know how this goes. I’m less than a month to my interview, getting my medical examination done next week and a lot of preparations.

@jwhydee ddnt you submit medical with your initial fillings?

@french Montana No I didn’t cos I didn’t know how long I was going to have to wait but they sent me a letter of deficiency per the medical. So I will be going to the interview with it

my interview was postponed cos of some outage that occurred at. Phoenix field office. It was really annoying but I took it in my stride and will continue to prepare while waiting for the new date. Will keep you posted @french Montana

hey there @french Montana, I just got notified of my rescheduled date and it soon; I tell you I’m as nervous as you are but the truth is we are going to go for these interviews and we are getting our GC cards by God’s grace. Hang in there bro, it will be good. I will keep you posted

Hi guys, I just wanted to update you about my progress. I got approved for both my I485 and I130 yesterday. I don’t know how but that is my testimony because I know between the interview and now things happened that are beyond my understanding but I give thanks to God almight for seeing me through. Lawfully helped a lot and I’m hoping and praying for unusual breakthroughs in your journey too.

@Hope Fully thank you. the interview was pretty smooth; we weren’t separated. she asked how we met at that was it and I answered the yes or no question, that’s it.
