got RFE for both over a year now I respond and I have not done medical yet….. I-130 AR for 10 months now field office is Oakland park fl @Pam Pi

when i went there after waiting with my husband an officer came to the waiting room told us that they cant do for us an interview because they didnt pull the background check and there system is down and they will contact us later ,, so we didn’t do an interview and no one contacted us yet ,, and we are waiting 🤦‍♀️,,,, @pam pi

we got rfe back august for medical and marriage evidence they didn’t update that they received until Nov 8 since then nothing 🥲

Aug 2022 got my work permit and RFE for I-130 received and still waiting 🙏🏾

October 2022 and solo is approaching

November 2022,EAD ,AP and i-130 approved,pending i-485

I am relieved I am not alone in this long way. hope everybody gets cases done so soon.
