2021 Vawa Filers with approved i360 -
are you still waiting for i485 approval?
sent medical rfe in January of this year but still pending. want to gauge others’ experience. thanks

sent my medical in April however, look like an interview is coming from my field office in the mail today because I saw on my informed delivery that I have a mail from my field office

yeah, filed i360 and i485 concurrently in Oct 2021.
i360 approved December 2024 (no RFE, total 4 PFs).
i485 remains stuck as "case was received ". No RFE

applied August 30. 2021 vawa aprobbed on October 2024. medicals may 27 received. aprobbed on September 10 2025

same here. applied Oct 2021, vawa approved nov 2024 sent medicals on Feb 2025 since then still waiting. when I called in june they said my case was transferred to the boston office, contactEd the senator and everyone says the same, the only thing to do now is wait...
