ok, you need to make sure to get two H008. Otherwise, there might be issues to not fully reflect permanent resident status in the internal system.

Priority Date: Sep-23-2024 Nebraska Center NIW EB2 (STEM Biology) I-140 I want to go for Premium Process but my lawyer is not willing to do, he said because there are higher chances to get RFE if will do Premium Process at this stage. But my point is, if case is properly and strongly filed there will not RFE. Even RFE can be in normal process too. Am i right...? What your suggestions please reply.
