140 can be premium processed

Premium processing will be available from 1st July. But to wait for more than thousand days and apply for the premium processing will be kind of stupid action. I’ll wait till 2000 days then will announce my case everywhere as a biggest shame of the US immigration system.

you need to contact ombudsman and congressman asap. this is abnormally long. they might have lost your case file

Yes I’m already contacted and filed with ombudsman and congresswoman as well. They are useless no feedback at all.

hey Phil, I share your pain… my PD is May, 21st 2020… got a RFE on Mar 24th, 2022 and they received my response on Jun 3rd 2022. Waiting for RFE decision from USCIS for 72 days now. I’ve inquired for the 3rd time, I will call on Monday as my latest inquiry will be 15 calendar days that day. One of the inquires were made by congressman, pretty useless.
