@Blessed By God i am so sorry you are feeling this way. its almost our time to get approved. we have been in this painful wait 3 years. we are strong, we have to keep it up no matter what.

@Blessed By God My dear! I know we should all have EAD keeping updated until we get to know the VAWA decision. Why do you say that you don’t valid papers? Don’t you have EAD renewed in time or what’s wrong ? if you have valid EAD keep working and stay strong till the dawn shows up. Do not let you feel frustrated instead develop perseverance and be hopeful everyday.

@Tom Hank’s Hans I never received EAD because my ex Abusive husband was a LPR so I of to wait for Vawa approval....it's rough

@Tom Hank’s Hans not all of us apply full package. it would be easier to wait with approved work permit and travel permit. unfortunately not all apply full package for different reasons 😥

@Sandra Dec2021 That’s true Sandra! I cannot imagine how hard and how much are they struggling without work. I had been through it in the begining and literally I was totally devastated with all my bills heaped up in my credit card with interests.

@Sandra Dec2021 I had been having my work permit and working since 2018 until 2019 using c9 where my crazy lawyer failed to renew it claiming that I can’t anymore renew c9 because I had filed VAWA and was waiting for c31 and I lost my job and remained unemployed for about an year until I decided to renew c9 by myself and got it in 2020. Sinxe the.had been working in high paid jobs and so was able to recover all my dues by Gods grace. I almost got broken and homeless. After I refiled my denied VAWA in 2023, I was issued a prima facie and a 5 years combo card. Recently I got my prima facie extended. Hoping a positive decision anytime as it’s been 17 months since I refiled
