Good day every one please I need your help I filed my vawa I-I360 along side my I-485, I-765, 131, I got my receipt for my 1-360, after weeks my 1-485 1-765 -131 were returned reasons that I need to pay for them all. My question is I was thinking 1-485 is free under vawa , please I need your answers and suggestions Thanks

1 360 is free to file I 485 fee is $1225 once you file it with I 765 and I 131 concurrently no additional fees

Do not apply for fee waiver it pauses your case and takes months pay the $1225

With the I 360 you will get a C31 work permit only when your Vawa is approved which will take 26months that is why you should apply for I 485 along with the I 765 and I 131 I got my C9 work permit in 5 months

Hell no, its only i-360 is free and that is Vawa itself.

Getting work permit through C31 takes longer time because until when ur Vawa is approved that is when u can get it. Paying the fees of 1,225 will allow you to file i-485, i-765 and i-131 under category C09. You can easily get your work permit in time when your case is still pending.

@Aji oye u are the only that is right is only vawa is free u will pay for i485 and your work permit
