Are you sure your case still at Nebraska? and are you doing consular or AOS? 600 days seems way too many for an I-130 if it’s not AOS…

@Hov Oh for me it’s 602 days. husband just called and they told us they receive our RFE and it’s in normal processing time. it’s normal trust me. uscis ain’t nun but slow progress
Hov Oh24 de ene de 2024
@gigi wright but you are AOS, so 600+ days is normal but not for consular processing..

@valdimir Rebecca THam Talk to a live agent via Emma and asked where is your case located now..
gigi wright24 de ene de 2024
@Hov Oh we just spoke to someone at uscis we called and said info pass but either way they say it’s in normal processing time and we should wait. it is what it is

Please never lose hope. Fight for your rights. You can sue USCIS for delay on your own, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it "writ of mandamus pro se"

Thanks for sharing. I did it on the App "Inmigra USA" the community of Immigrants in the United States. inmigrausa.com
There are immigration lawyers and free collaborators.
Stay up to date on news of interest to the Latino community.
Search Inmigrate USA.
I chose the Florida community, it looks like they are starting now, so I recommend you choose Florida.
Busca inmigra USA el app del inmigrante, de verdad es muy buena tambien.
Thanks!!!
