Hi everyone, could you please help me with what does it mean? I have applied for my son, and it has been almost one month that I received this message and nothing more: "Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS we are actively reviewing your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative. Our records show nothing is outstanding at this time. We will let you know if we need anything from you." My receipt number starts with IOE............., so with IOE, I am not sure which center my case is. I asked Emma, but I couldn't understand how I

my I 130 starts also with IOE received by Nebraska and processed by Texas centre and the approval came from Nebraska it was approved after 10 months on August 17th it showed actively reviewed in the same day approved (us citizen)
