congratulations, is it good or bad that they ask you for evidence? mine was updated to is being actively reviewed by uscis but nothing else has been like this for a little over 3 months

I had to send back over form I 130a

what kind of evidence they want actually?

No expedition case was AR feb 18 2022 I was asked to send form i130a I live in US. spouse in Jamaica

Congrats! Then I am thinking your case was moved to a different center, not in Vermont

@Sting dem - just seeing if you had to tick any of the check boxes given in the coversheet sent you? I am referring to the 4 check boxes (G 28, Additional Fees, Additional forms, Other) - so basically you ticked the petitioner box & typed your A# then uploaded the package correct?

And, although your the RFE was from Vermont, did you notice that the Attention was referred to Texas center?
