Sept-26: EB-3 OW/ROW Approvals. What Recent Data Reveals About the 2021 and Early 2022 Queue:
Since many of you who filed in 2021 are still waiting for movement on your I-485 applications, I decided to compile and analyze a solid sample of public data regarding recent approvals from major sponsors and agencies within the EB-3 OW ecosystem to understand where USCIS is focusing its efforts. Although the overall USCIS inventory shows a backlog of over 2,100 pending cases, observing the actual pattern of these approvals gives us a realistic perspective on the pace of adjudication. Here is what the numbers indicate: The 2021 Backlog is Still Clearing: The recent approvals we tracked show a steady flow clearing out the end of 2021 (specifically cases from August, November, and December 2021). Those within that late-2021 window are seeing real movement. The Early 2022 Push: The data confirms that USCIS is already making significant headway into the first quarter of 2022 (with a notable concentration of approvals from January and February 2022). This explains why the queue seems to be moving for some, while others remain at a standstill. What to Expect in the Coming Months: With the fiscal year-end approaching and the release of new visa quotas, the expectation is that USCIS will push to clear the remaining 2021 cases still in the inventory. To those from 2021 who are still waiting without updates: you are not alone. The bottleneck is real, but the approval flow for these cohorts shows that USCIS is making headway on these months at a trickle.

I Still Can’t Believe I Have My Green Card 😭🙏🏾🇺🇸❤️
Hi everyone ❤️ I still can’t believe I have my green card. Every day I wake up and look at that green card like, wow, this is really mine 😂. After everything I went through and all the years I waited and prayed, sometimes it still doesn’t feel real. I promised myself I’m going to use this blessing wisely. I’m going to school, I’m working on my future, and I’m preparing to join the U.S. Army and serve this country. I don’t want everything I went through to be for nothing. I want to make something good out of this opportunity God gave me. And for everybody who is still waiting, please don’t lose hope. I know it’s easier to say that when you already have your approval, because when I was waiting, there were days I was tired too. Days I cried, prayed, got frustrated and wondered when my turn was going to come. But God did not forget me, and He has not forgotten you either. “For with God nothing shall be impossible.” Luke 1:37 “Weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.” Psalm 30:5 I pray that everybody still waiting gets their good news. I pray God gives you the strength to keep going even when you feel tired of the process. Keep praying. Keep believing. Keep doing what you have to do. I’m telling you, I still look at my green card like… God, You really did it. 😭🙏🏾❤️ All glory to God. 🇺🇸🙏🏾❤️
