Has anyone noticed this pattern with EB-3 cases? For PD 2021–2022, it seems like if you receive a medical RFE in 2026, the case usually goes straight to approval after the response. I haven’t seen many cases where someone got a medical RFE in 2026 and was then scheduled for an interview. If there was an interview, it usually happened earlier, in 2024–2025. Has anyone received a medical RFE in 2026 and then had an interview afterward?

I finally became current in the september visa bulletin, in around how many months would you guys say I might see some movement in my case? I applied for my green card in april and already submitted my medical with the package and my biometrics have also been done.

Lately, I saw people with PD in 2022 got approved. Some of them just submitted in the past few months. Some of them submitted back in 2022 and now got approved. Some got interviewed, some just got RFE for medical records. To me, that’s a good signal. Every case is unique.

Can I change my sponsor While Waiting for i485?

Did anyone change their sponsor by using i485J supplement? is it hard to find restaurants which can sign i485J supplement especially in Bay Area? how was your experience? PD Nov 2021 still waiting RFE

HI EVERYONE HOPE EVERYONE DOING WELL MY I 485 pending from 4 years sij eb4 pd current couples months ago then I send request them the j received medical from colmbus ohio i send them back right way 100 days done when its delivered there but no update still show rfe sent then I send request again after 60 days i got response from my local office where i live they said too much workload that’s why delay then I sent tier 2 request then I got letter at home they your case move to your local office your case is review actively by officer you will get decision or any thing need from you in 60 days so I got so worried what’s now please help me thanks so much
