Can you help guide me on how to file a mandamus? I want to file a mandamus for my pending case. vawa
I need to find someone who can help me prepare and file a mandamus related to my VAWA case. I’m looking for someone who has experience with these types of cases and can guide me on how to do it correctly.

Got great news today that my I-485 was approved, along with my spouse and second daughter!
Current status breakdown:
• Me (Primary): Fingerprints Taken → Case Approved
• Spouse (Derivative): Fingerprints Taken → Case Approved
• Daughter 2 (Derivative): RFE Received → Case Approved
• Daughter 1 (Derivative): Still showing "Response to USCIS Request for Evidence Was Received"
Everything was filed together in the same packet. Has anyone seen a short lag like this for one derivative child after the principal applicant's approval? How many days did it take for the final approval update? Thanks!

Hola, estoy casada con un ciudadano, y soy de vnzla. Mi i130 fue aprobada en octubre,2025 después que fuimos a entrevista en agosto, 2025. Los casos los envié separados. Ahora, en octubre 2025 envié el paquete de la i485, reutilizaron mis biométricos en Noviembre, 2025 (el dia de la entrevista me los tomaron, antes de empezar) y en Julio 16 el status en uscis cambio a “currently processing your form”… que debo esperar? otra entrevista? la tarjeta? alguien pasó por algo similar? gracias…
