at Mount Laurel, NJ – Anyone’s Experience?
Hi everyone.
Has anyone here had an asylum-based I-485 case processed at the Mount Laurel Township, NJ Field Office?
I did WOM and I’m still waiting after 1 month. I haven’t received any updates from USCIS.
I’d really appreciate it if you could share your experience. Thank you!!

Hey everyone, I wanted to share an update and ask for your thoughts: after waiting since 2021 and responding to an RFE and NOID, my VAWA I-360 was unfortunately denied due to issues with address timelines, divorce decree validation, an out-of-state mental health evaluation, and good faith marriage proof. Does anyone have experience with how long a VAWA appeal or motion takes?

so just wanna get like people a heads up and you know help people out who may be a little anxious about what questions you may be asked in a green card marriage base green card interview a little story about mine so there is about 100 questions of common known questions that people are asked during an interview interviews and I studied these me and My Husband and when we got to our interview, all that preparation was for nothing because that’s the end of the day when we walked in we were asking none of those questions now one thing I wanna make sure that all couples do now if you are a real couple, you should know your husband’s or wife’s medical history what medication they’re on what they’re used for that was one of the questions and where are they located in my home and if my spouse knew where they were located also, don’t ever expect that you guys will be interviewed together that’s one mistake I made. I thought we were to be interviewed at the same time in my case that wasn’t we were separated and questioned separately so just wanted to give that little insight. I hope this helps anybody in the process prayers go to all of our families.
H-1B COS Approval Notice
My status changed to “Case Approved” on Sept. 18 at like midnight but Fragomen, who helped file for me, says they still have not received any email/notification from USCIS about the approval.
Has anyone experienced this before? I’m worried this means there’s also going to be a delay with me getting the physical approval letters as well.
c09 ead approval ( sijs)
Hi guys, providing an update! After two congressional pushes my c09 was finally approved 2 weeks before my current ead (c14) expires.
7/6 reached out to emma and requested expedite request based on several financial loss, live rep stated an agent would give me a call but never received a call.
7/24 reached out to my congressman ( republican) submitted combined documents ( HR email stating termination if new ead not presented, pay stubs & employment verification letter, copy of my current ead & letter explaining my situation/ asking for expedite)
7/28 congressman emailed me stating an inquiry submitted to USCIS
Reached out 9/1 asking for a FU,
Congressam replied stating no reply and there is severe backlog for expedite requests. But that he will submit a second inquiry
9/15 card produced 9/16 formal approvali. Received in mail 9/23
Double update
Hi has anyone gotten his GC approval shown at the Vawa window as new card has been produced Instead of GC window?
I got my Vawa approval and vawa Ead 15 days ago and now I have a same update about approval and new card produced, but under the sane vawa window; or i m just getting double Eads?🤣
Anything similar?
I-751 NOTICE
Hi everyone, my I-751 is currently pending (filed as a divorce waiver). Today, 09/23/2026, I received a USCIS notice titled “FBI Privacy Requirements for Biometrics Collection by USCIS.”
The notice says that USCIS may use my biometrics for FBI criminal-history checks and specifically says “You do not need to take any further action at this time.”
Has anyone else received this notice while their I-751 was pending? Did your I-751 get approved shortly after receiving this notice, or did it simply become part of the normal background-check process?

I-485 Interview Scheduled
Hello,
I had my I-360 form approved in January 2025 and I am now scheduled for my I-485 interview.
Because things have changed and continue to change constantly. I have no idea of what to expect?
will I get asked about the abuse even when it has already been adjudicated? I went thru a very traumatic experience and just the thought of having to relive and tell what I went through makes me very anxious.
Does anyone here has something to share? what kind of questions to expect?

almost a week left to new fiscal year and i dont see any sign of VB
USCIS always surprises me with their work. Is it always like this or what. Immigration process is no joke. some have a smooth transition while other have to have a tons and tonssss of patience. i am almost out of my patience 😬 how y’all are dealing with it!?
