London Embassy 221g prior to pause
Has the pause affected 221g prior to the pause?
We had our interview at the London, UK embassy June 29th and got a 221g for Intemt to Domicle. We sent our evidence in on July 14th which is now 65 days ago and other then a few ceac updates, 17th August being the last one. We have not had any update or approval or response from the Embassy.
I the petitioner have been living in the states for little of 2 weeks now which I sent the evidence of domicile in on September 2nd but nothing as of yet.
EB-1A I-140 – 183 Days Pending Without Premium Processing
Hi everyone! I’m Brazilian and my EB-1A I-140 has been pending for 183 days under regular processing (no Premium Processing). I filed in March 2026 and have not received an RFE or any other update so far.
Is anyone here from Brazil, or with an EB-1A I-140 filed around March 2026, also waiting under regular processing? If so, how long have you been waiting? Has anyone from this period already received an approval or RFE?
I would really appreciate hearing about your timelines. Thank you!

I-130 & K-3 Still Pending — Anyone With Similar Filing Dates?
Is anyone else going through a similar situation?
We filed our I-130 in January 2025, and it is still pending with no decision or response. We also filed an I-129F for a K-3 visa in August 2025, and that case is still pending as well with no decision.
This is a consular processing case, and my spouse is currently outside of the United States.
Is anyone with similar filing dates still waiting? Or has anyone recently received an approval for either the I-130 or I-129F/K-3? I’d really appreciate hearing about your experience and timeline. 🙏

I renewed my work authorization from approved Vawa. my receipt says they are reusing my biometrics. also received notice that i have automatic extension 540 days if i fuked before my current expires. is that still a thing? i tought they stop that after October 2025. why would i get that notice ? thanks
“Decision Mailed” one year after approval?
Hi,
On September 2, 2025, my asylum application was approved and my status in that receipt has been New Card Mailed since then. I received my I94 stamped and the whole thing.
This year I applied for the I485.
Today I receive an update on my original receipt that says “Decision was mailed”, which is weird. I have already received my decision more than a year ago.
Should I be worried?

My friends combo card renewal was pending and he left USA in June this year but 2 days back his combo card got approved and card printed
He left USA on pending I-485 vawa pending I-360
Will he be allowed back to USA if he comes ?

asylum based adjustment of status
hey whatsup yall! so if i file writ mamdamus for my asylum based adjustment of status will i be called for interview? or it will be straight approval? and if yeah what will be the interview questions? based green card questions or asylum? cause i did my asylum interview thro uscis 6 years ago and had couple accidents after and lost memory havent remember half of my background!
i have an attorney ive filed for adj if status october 2024 and application has been pending since!
first they did add my biometrics and second time they did the same on may! but its been silent since than!
any comment or idea will be appreciated!

It took 690 days from filing the I-485 to approval, and about 2 months after filing the WOM.

Post interview inquiry 120 days.
I had my I-485 interview on April 28, 2026. The officer advised that they expected to make a decision within 120 days and that I could submit an inquiry if no decision was received.
After the 120-day mark, my attorney submitted a status inquiry. Lawfully now shows: “Correspondence Was Received And USCIS Is Reviewing It.”
For anyone who had a similar update after a post-interview inquiry: How long did USCIS take to act on the inquiry? If your case moved afterward, how many days/weeks did it take to receive a decision?
