William G Gerstein

WHY DID I CHOOSE IMMIGRATION LAW: The basis of my passion for immigration law extend back to my love of travel and foreign language. I was given many opportunities in law school to both learn and practice immigration law. Even after 25 years, when a client's case is approved, I still have that very happy feeling for them and sense of accomplishment. Our office takes professionalism very seriously and we will never start a process without merit or without explaining the process and consequences. William Gerstein, a partner in the law firm, is a member of the Florida and Georgia state bars. He has also been admitted to the United States Federal Court for the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Gerstein is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, certified as an expert in immigration and nationality law by the Florida Bar, and has been practicing US immigration law since 1995. Mr. Gerstein earned his Bachelor’s degree in International Relations with minors in Spanish and Italian from Tulane University in 1992 and then went on to complete his law degree at St. Thomas University in 1995. Mr. Gerstein speaks Spanish and Italian and has served thousands of clients in his years of dedicated immigration practice. He is currently serving as the chairman of the immigration section of the Broward County (FL) Bar Association and has held committee leadership positions in the local chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
