Sevil Ozisik

Ms. Sevil Ozisik’s practice focuses on the immigration-related needs of employers and employees in industries including technology, real estate, finance, energy, hospitality, transportation, manufacturing, logistics and multi-media. Ms. Ozisik either partners with human resource personnel or manages their foreign national personnel program entirely, in obtaining temporary and permanent (green card) visas for business, scientific, managerial and executive personnel. Through her substantial experience with all work-related visa classifications (H-1B, H-3, L-1A, L-1B, E-1, E-2, E-3, J-1, TN, O, P), she is able to provide both short-term and long-term strategic guidance in the employer/employee relationship. Her representation includes outstanding researchers, extraordinary ability foreign nationals and those seeking national interest waivers. Ms. Ozisik is experienced in EB-5 investor visas and works with investors from Turkey, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Philippines, China, Korea, India and many other countries. She is a member of American Immigration Lawyers Association and American Bar Association. She is a licensed attorney in New York and Istanbul. Ms. Ozisik is an active member of Turkish American business community. She has been a selected member to serve on Turkey’s “Overseas Citizens Advisory Board,” a prestigious international advisory panel, served as executive board member of American Regional Committee of the World Turkish Business Council (DTIK), and, president and board member of Turkish American Chamber of Commerce & Industry (TACCI).
