yes i did received that rfe . they received my medicals on december 13 and on july 4 they sent a second rfe asking to verify my zip code but that has to be send quick , so i sent it o july 17 since that date i am still waiting for my interview 😩

@leo lance totally a new trend. I am not sure about the wait yet. few people I have talked to just responded to rfe but no further action has been taken on there case by uscis yet. my attorney is going to respond on Monday! hoping to get done with this asap.

@Ena 22 I submited my medicals to my lawyer since August 20 and until now she has not sent it. i had to call my case manager today and she was like, the draft reasponse is already in her desk.. waiting for her review and then submit 😭😭😭...am so tired. Hopefully this week...

@leo lance I rceived second rfe after 15 days of when medical were received by uscis. my status still hasn’t changed to “rfe response received”. I hope they haven’t lost my response, I do have someone signed for it though.

@leo lance @rise 1111 I finally ended up calling them today and why my account status is not being updated. they said to call them back after 2 months from delivery date, it takes 2 months to update the system. if the issue still persist, they will contact officer handling my case

@rise 1111 interview went well but 485 got denied after 3 days. I don’t know the reason, still waiting for notice to arrive. it’s heart breaking

what? if you don’t mind sharing, what did they ask you ? I’m sorry it could be some uscis error. I’ve heard some folks who already have been approved earlier for geeencard via marriage get denial. but that’s just so you can get on earlier approved status.

no removal proceeding or any flags right?

@rise 1111 please tag me otherwise I don’t get notification. they ask just simple 485 questions. No removal, no criminal charges, no visa overstay. infact I am still on valid visa. I am patiently waiting for notice to arrive. it was simply shocking for me to see the denial, as officer just asked simple questions.
